1. Clear cache:
-Close down the application
-Go into the settings of the phone and look for “application manager”
-Click on “clear cache” and “clear data” until both are greyed out
2. Reset device:
- Remove battery for 30 seconds if possible (some don’t have removable batteries)
3. Attempt to re-add the Nokē lock
If these steps don't work you’ll want to attempt to uninstall/reinstall the application and try again. Sometimes you will need to go through the steps 2-3 times before they work for the device.
